[Ivan is busy panicking behind the counter of the PokeMart he works part time at, not realizing his PokeGear was left on record when he changed his mind earlier about making a broadcast. He was so terrified that he released his Gyarados from its Pokeball, ordering it to create an extra barrier between him and any bug Pokemon. The large Pokemon's body wrapped loosely around him and Zhenya, it's tail flopping over the counter.]

I never thought bugs could be so terrifying...I wonder if this is how Yevgeny feels about tree frogs...

[A Pineco could be heard exploding nearby, and Ivan jumped with a yelp, sounding like a scared little girl. He squeezed his Pikachu so hard the thing looked like it was going to choke.]

[Jinjing walks over to China, who was still slumped over the Arcanine, and poked at his arm. After at least three pokes, China regains consciousness. He slowly lifts up his head, revealing that he had a large purple, bruise-like spot on his right cheek.]

Where am I?

[His vision is fuzzy and his head is spinning from the poison that's spreading through his face, so he hasn't noticed Ivan yet, let alone the familiar setting of the store.]

The PokeMart in Cherrygrove. [He says monotonously, a bit surprised by China's condition, but the feeling is quickly rolled over by a sort of sadistic satisfaction.]

[China comes to a little more when he hears Ivan's voice.]

So I'm still in Cherrygrove then. Good, aru.

[Jinjing held the Antidote up in China's face. He takes it from Jinjing, opens it and drinks it. He puts a hand to where the bruise-like mark is once he's drank the whole bottle.]

Damn Skorupi... Oh! [His eyes brighten a little when he sees the Gyarados. He gets off his Arcanine and walks over to the blue creature.] I haven't seen you in awhile, aru. Have you been good?

[He crosses his arms, watching China as he drinks the Antidote, and as he approaches the still unnamed Gyarados.]

[Gyarados smiles the best it can, nodding its head and making a pleased sound.]

He's been keeping those bugs at bay. [Zhenya pipped up, as if to say, "Me too!"]

[China, now feeling less pain thanks to the Antidote, he takes the Gyarados' head into his hands.]

This little one's mother has also been helping by protecting me from the bug pokemon, aru. Then Jia was the one who carried me here.

[The Arcanine gives a bark and lets his tongue hang out of his mouth, looking very happy for someone who just came crashing through the door.]
